Data Processing Agreement
If your organisation needs a Data Processing Agreement for a use of Resona in which we process personal data on your behalf, contact before transferring that data. Tell us which service you use, the categories of data and the relevant controller. We will provide the applicable DPA for review and signature. A DPA is effective only after both parties have agreed to it.
Infrastructure providers
These providers support the current website and bot infrastructure. Their exact legal role depends on the service and the data flow.
- STRATO — website hosting and mail infrastructure.
- ZAP-Hosting — bot hosting and MariaDB infrastructure.
Discord and Roblox are external platforms used for identities and product features; their own terms and privacy information also apply. This list will be updated when an infrastructure provider changes.
Security and AI
Resona does not claim SOC 2 certification. We do not use customer content to train AI models without separate, explicit permission.
