Project status
Resona is operated by dertomtec, a registered business in Germany. Roblox and Discord are separate platforms and are not operated by us.
Acceptance
The sign-in and verification controls ask you to read and accept these terms before continuing. A policy notice records acceptance only when you press “Read and agree”. Visiting the website, joining a server or receiving a DM does not by itself record agreement. The Privacy Policy explains data handling; optional consent remains a separate choice.
Products and access
Products may be free or paid. Each product page and its linked purchase channel show the applicable price, tier, availability and technical requirements. You need the Verified role in the Resona Discord before accessing protected products.
Licenses and access
Access may include a license to use the product. Ownership of the product, source code, models, scripts and other protected material remains with Resona. Use the purchase link on the product page, which may lead to the official Discord or a product hub. The applicable purchase terms are shown by that channel.
A license transfer may be possible depending on the product and the circumstances. Contact Resona Support before transferring access.
Product security checks
When using our products, you allow product requests and security checks to be sent to our systems. These checks can include product id, product name, product slug, client version, current version, update status, pricing type, license requirement, game owner id, universe id, place id, server type, place name, place version, private server id, private server owner id, player count, max players and our own request id.
These checks are used for licensing, update checks, abuse prevention, compatibility, support and product protection.
Age eligibility
Self-service accounts and Roblox linking require an age declaration of 16 or older. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must contact support before setup. Required parental authorization must be checked before access is enabled. Platform age requirements also apply. Do not provide false age information.
Discord and Roblox accounts
Discord profiles can be created or updated automatically when joining a connected server. Verification can link a Roblox account ID to that profile. You must not impersonate another person, bypass verification, manipulate license checks, spoof product requests or attempt to access products you are not allowed to use.
Rules of use
- Do not abuse, exploit, reverse engineer or bypass security systems.
- Do not resell, redistribute or leak products unless written permission allows it.
- Do not use products for malicious, illegal, harmful or platform-rule-breaking activity.
- Do not overload, attack, scrape or disrupt the website, bot, API or dashboards.
- Follow the applicable Discord, Roblox and community rules.
Images and other content
Editors may upload images or add media links only when they have the rights needed to publish that content on Resona. Do not upload another person's photos, private information or material that violates their rights. We may remove disputed content while reviewing a report. To report a copyright or privacy concern, use the contact form and include the page URL and the material concerned.
Enforcement
We may refuse support, revoke access, remove licenses, blacklist Roblox or Discord accounts, block product access, remove dashboard access or limit server use if we believe the systems are abused, manipulated, attacked, leaked or used against these terms.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the website, bots, API and products available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features can be changed, removed, renamed, moved or temporarily disabled. Products may require updates to remain compatible or secure.
Compatibility and statutory rights
The published product description and agreed purchase terms apply. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. Check published requirements before installing. There is no blanket compatibility or uptime guarantee.
Liability for business customers
For business customers only, liability for simple negligence is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the contract and, where legally permitted, to the amount paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. This limit does not apply to intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability, or other liability that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
